  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 red onion - diced
  • 2 cup sliced baby Bella mushrooms
  • 6 slices bacon - cut into bitesize
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1 slice American cheese
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 slices toasts
  • Dried parsley - for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat a skillet over low-medium heat. Add the bacon pieces and cook for about 3-4 minutes to render the fat.
