Ingredients
  

  • 12-16 oz large shrimp - raw
  • 5 cloves garlic - minced
  • 2-3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tsp Calabrian chili
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 splashes heavy cream

Instructions
 

  • Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels, then season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a medium-large pan over medium heat. Add the shrimp in a single layer and cook for about 2 minutes on per side. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same pan, add the butter, minced garlic, and Calabrian chili. Cook for 1 minute, until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and mix well.
  • Return the cooked shrimp to pan, and mix well until everything is well combined.
  • Serve warm over some white rice. Enjoy!
