Calabrian Garlic Butter Shrimp
Ingredients
- 12-16 oz large shrimp - raw
- 5 cloves garlic - minced
- 2-3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tsp Calabrian chili
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 splashes heavy cream
Instructions
- Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels, then season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a medium-large pan over medium heat. Add the shrimp in a single layer and cook for about 2 minutes on per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the butter, minced garlic, and Calabrian chili. Cook for 1 minute, until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and mix well.
- Return the cooked shrimp to pan, and mix well until everything is well combined.
- Serve warm over some white rice. Enjoy!
