Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels, then season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a medium-large pan over medium heat. Add the shrimp in a single layer and cook for about 2 minutes on per side. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add the butter, minced garlic, and Calabrian chili. Cook for 1 minute, until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and mix well.
Return the cooked shrimp to pan, and mix well until everything is well combined.
