NOTES AND TIPS FOR EASY MANGO SAGO

Selecting Ripe Mangoes: Choose mangoes that are ripe but still firm to the touch. Look for fruits with a fragrant aroma and vibrant color, indicating sweetness and optimal ripeness. If ripe mangoes are not available, you can use frozen mango chunks as a convenient alternative.

Adjusting Milk Consistency: Depending on your preference, you can adjust the consistency of the dessert by varying the amount of milk or coconut milk used. For a thicker and creamier texture, use less liquid, while for a lighter and more refreshing consistency, add more milk or coconut milk.

Sweetening with Condensed Milk: Sweetened condensed milk adds richness and sweetness to the Mango Sago. Start with a small amount and adjust to taste, as the sweetness of mangoes can vary. You can also use alternatives such as honey or sugar syrup to sweeten the dessert according to your preference.

Chilling for Optimal Flavor: After combining all the ingredients, chill the Mango Sago in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving. This allows the flavors to meld together and the dessert to thicken slightly, resulting in a more satisfying and refreshing treat.
