1lbboneless skinless salmon fillet - cut into 1” pieces
Marinade:

Sauce:
1/4cupsweet Thai chili sauce
1tbspmayo
1/4tspsoy sauce
Juice of 1 lime
1pinchof salt
Black pepper
2tbspchopped cilantro
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
Make the marinade: In a large bowl, whisk together all the marinade ingredients until well combined.
Marinate the salmon: Add the salmon pieces to the marinade and gently toss to coat. Let marinate for 10–15 minutes.
Assemble the skewers: Thread the salmon pieces onto skewers that fit into your air fryer. Pack the pieces fairly close together without crushing them to help keep the salmon moist.
Cook the skewers: Air fry at 400°F for 10-13 minutes until fully cooked through.
Make the sauce: While the salmon cooks, whisk together all of the sauce ingredients until smooth.
Finish: Drizzle 2–3 teaspoons of the Thai chili lime sauce over each skewer.
Serve: Enjoy warm over steamed jasmine rice. Garnish with extra cilantro, sliced green onions, and/or a squeeze of fresh lime if desired.
