Bring a medium pot of water to boil and cook the noodles according to the package directions.
Meanwhile, prepare your choice of veggies if using any. I added a few bok choy in the pot with the noodles during the last minute of cooking. You can also use broccoli, carrots, lettuce, or any other veggies you prefer.
In a noodle bowl, add chopped green onion, minced garlic, chili powder (or flakes), and sesame seeds.
In a small sauce pan, heat 3 tbsp oil, then pour the hot oil into the noodle bowl over the prepared seasonings.
Drain the noodles and veggies and add them to the bowl.
Add in all the sauce ingredients and stir until well combined.
